Beta C Log
Capsule - half red & half white
Dosage - 4ed
Work out days:
2 15 min prior meal in am
2 with post workout meal

Off days:
2 15 min prior to meal in am
2 6 hrs later with meal

Other Supplementation
Cissus - 6 ed (taken 15 min prior to meal [not all 6 at once])
Ultra 40 - 3/meal (sometimes 4/meal)
Mass Aminos - 2/meal (sometimes 3/meal)
Fish Oil or Omega Oil (omega contains cla, fish oil, flax oil) - 10 to 20 ed
Muslce Milk
ON 100% Whey

Cant think of anything else right now that I'm on. I have everything in my little tackle box. Kept the Beta C's out of there for now though. Have stopped taking PowerFull, cAmp, C2, and Symmetry. Can start them back up if directed to by USPLabs.
 
Day 1: July 20, 2006

Alls good so far. Took 2 this morning 15 min before eating. Next does is at about 6 pm. Feel good so far. Nothing unusual to note at of yet. Only been in my system about 2 hours.

Update:
Took 2 with post workout meal. Diet today was pretty good. Shouldnt have had that donut this morning but I had a craving. Cant say that I noticed anything yet with the Beta C. Havent noticed anything in the way of energy or anything of that sort. Still only day 1 though so it may take some time.

Update again:
Forgot to mention this. Weight on day 1 was 212.
 
Day 2: July 21, 2006

Woke up this morning really tired. Probably didnt get enough sleep. Got 7 hours which is an hour more than normal.

Took 2 Beta C at 7. Ate at 715. Had me 8 oz of lean roast beef and 1/4 cup quickoats. Best damn breakfast Ive had in a looooooooooong time.

All supplementation should be on for today again. Looking to hit the china buffet or an italian place for lunch today. Either place I go, Im going to have to tell my self over and over again to not overdo it.

Update: Ended up doing the italian buffet. The place wasnt all that great. And it wad pricy too. Poor food + high price = terrible experience.

Workout went well. Shoulder day is always fun. Supplements went well. Still havent really noticed anything yet with the beta c.
 
Weekend Update
No workouts on the weekend. Unless you consider breaking up a concrete sidewalk a workout and walking around the zoo for hours. Diet wasnt 100% but its ok. Had to splurge a bit at the zoo.

Not feeling much at the moment. Im hoping that today I will feel or notice the beta c kick in.
 
Day 5: July 24, 2006

Short day in a way for me. Did a half and half with work, half at work, half at home. Didnt think I would get to workout due to this but found the time.

Leg day today.
Leg Press (worked my way up to 810 for 8), SLDL, Leg Ext (up to 230 for 6), Leg Curl (dont remember), Cows (some seated machine 230 for 17)

Havent attempted 810 in a while. Last week was 720 for 6. Next week I hope to get 900. Im wondering if the beta c has kicked in and is allowing me to do these numbers. Guess Ill find out as the week goes on.

Diet today was good. Worst thing I ate so far was some ham at lunch.
 
Day 6: July 25, 2006

Oh what a great day. Felt like crap last night and even worse this morning so I called the dr. Thought I had a start to a sinus infection... comes out worse. I have strep. So now im on some meds and feeling a bit better.

No workout today due to my messed up system. Still took all my supps as scheduled. Should be back in the gym tomorrow. May depend on how I feel in the morning though. Ah well, ya deal with it and move on.
 
Day 7: July 26, 2006

Off day from the gym. This is a good thing due to trying to get over my sickness. Im feeling better due to the meds so thats a good thing. Still continuing to take the beta c as directed. I feel like i have a bit more energy after i take it. Could be it or it could just be in my mind.

Day 8: July 27, 2006

Back to the gym today. Chest work went well. Short but well. Incline DB Press, Incline DB Flys. Been doing as Lanbane said and doing the flys slow on the down and getting a good extension. Really feeling a burn and starting to see results in them. For DB press I only went up to the 90s for 2 sets of 6. Prob should have gone to the 95s but really felt that 2 sets of the 90s would be best. Plus I didnt have anyone to fetch me the 95s so keeping the 90s was a good option. After chest I did some rope tri ext and some iso tri ext. Reps were good. Overall pump was great.

Supps taken as directed. Still gettin over the sickness. Feeling alot better this day though.
 
Day 9: July 28, 2006

Back/Bi or Shoulders/Traps....

Shoulders/Traps won. Shoulder presses. Worked up to the 80s for 2 sets of 8. Felt good on them. Went into a massive amount of lateral raises after that. Worked alot on form and controling the weight. Supersetted front raises with shrugs. Really felt good after that. Ended on some bb shurgs. Last 2 sets were 315 for 12. Felt good. Really wondering if the beta c is kicking in now or what. Most Ive ever done on shrugs was 405 for 4. Really felt after doing the 315s today that I could have added another 50 lbs for 8 and prob gone to 405 for 4......?????? Maybe in a couple weeks ill be there.

Supps doing good. Been right on with supps and diet. Really feeling good. Noticing alot of improvements with the mix of beverly and usplabs stuff together.
 
Weekend Update:

Weekend off from gym as usual. Sat was a 'soon to be family' get together. Ate fairly well. % of everything was on key. Today (sunday) all is well. Supps are on both days. Nothing down to report.

Time for another meal now. Prob a shake. mmm, protien and water.

Beta C in the morning before breakfast. Feeling good. Energy up a bit and strength up during workout. Took 2 more beta c pwo with food. Not having problems sleeping or anything like that. Not feeling as tired as normal during the day either. Pumps are great during workouts. Esp today on back and bi day. Bis felt like they were going to explode.

Leg day today. Did squats for the first time since i started the great little usplabs green pills.... mmm green pills. Beta c in the am again and pwo. Leg workout was good. Energy still up and mind focused. Strength still up. Bout ready to call it a night now.

Oh yeah, weighed myself, im down 3 lbs. hmmm... could beta c be helping me diet? Not sure since its a 'creatine' product. Oh well, im not complaining. If i lose weight and gain strength, life is good.

Off day from gym. Beta c in the am and then 6 hrs later as directed. Felt pretty good today. Took in a few too many carbs due to the donut and blueberry muffin work provided. Other than that, not too bad. Tomorrow is a low carb day. Trying to cycle on and off to lose. Been working so far. Hopefully the beta c will give me a boost.

Looking forward to chest/tri day tomorrow. Really hope the low carbs wont affect it too much.

Bed time now. Im beat.

Been hella busy so sorry for the delay. Have been hitting all my supplement targets which Ive been surprised about. Diet has been fair. Not taking in all the cal that I should be but everything has been clean. Workout today was good. 95s for 6 on db incline. Pumps have been insane. Not to the point that they hurt yet but an overall good feeling. Energy level is up too in the gym. Could it be the music, the sups, my outstandingly good looks...??? LOL! sorry, had to include the last.

No workout today due to the gym being closed. Fumagating (sp) for bugs or something. They didnt say. All I know is that they wouldnt let me in the doors. Actually I didnt try to get in since I knew they would be closed the day before. Ate at the India Garden for lunch. Even though it was a buffet, I couldnt down much. Something about that place that the food tastes like ass. No offense to those that like it but man, it just wasnt good today. Beta C in the am and then 6 hrs later as directed. The pretty little green pills from USPLabs has really been helpin out too. Everything has been on. Looking for some r&r for the weekend.
 
Weekend Update

r&r was decent. Was going to do a shoulder workout on sat morning but couldnt. Was waaaaay too tired for some reason when i woke up. Had to drive 4 hrs total that day too to go to a 4 year olds bd party. That was good. Ate hamb and brat for lunch and some yummy baked beans. I pretty much had no one stay near me after that. Hot day and baked beans.... LOOK OUT! As for supps, dont worry, I had my nifty tackle box with me on sat. Took everything as directed.

sunday was a day of rest as well. Had issues with #2 on sunday. Am was a marathon of #2 followed by a triathalon of #2. TMI i know but damn, i need to invest in some lotion TP. Dont think it was the beta c butt i dont konw for sure right now. Diet was moderate sunday as well. Took in a good number of cals and most were right on butt whew, i think i passed more than i took in.

Side note: if you sweat alot while on a #2, is it considered cardio?

Still had a slight case of the runs if you know what i mean. Not sure why cause it comes and goes. Other than that, supps are right on key as is my workouts. Nutrition slipped a bit. Didnt get in all i should have. Its ok though. Nothing wrong with shocking your body from time to time.

Supplements arrived. Been looking forward to more muscle milk. Cookie n Cream and Chocolate. Damn both are great!

Anyways, all is good today. Workout was kick @$$! Chest day and the weights were moving. Going to have to tell my gym to buy something bigger than 100 lb dbs. Diet was good today. Still prob not getting all i need. I havent felt hungry here lately. Been pretty much choking down the food. Beta c is going good. Strength is up but i dont seem to be bloating like the normal creatines.

Scheduled off day from the gym. Supps are on and so is the diet. Muscles are feeling hard as rocks before during and after workouts. Even today being an off day, everything is feeling solid. If this is the beta c, ive never experienced this with creatine before. Starting to really like it.

Needed another day off from the gym. Body wasnt feeling right. Dont believe it was due to supplements so thats good. Took everything as needed today. Diet wasnt up to par due to not feeling well. Hard to eat when your body wants to reject it. Muscles still feeling like rocks. Hope that this is a side of the beta c.

Back/Bi day in the gym. Arms felt like they were going to explode after workout. Back is tight as a mofo right now too. If the beta c is kicking in and these sides are the result, this product is going to rock. Muscles are still hard as rocks and im feeling good. Feeling alot better than yesterday.
 
Weekend Update

Ok well this weekend hasnt been the greatest. I am in need of some guidance here. I am relating the way I feel to the beta c as in everything else that im taking in has never done anything to me. I am going to the bathroom ever hour or so with the feeling like i have diarrhea. When I get in there, i go but its not diarrhea. The first time this morning was that way but every one after that has just been a little bowel movements. I know, not the best thing to talk or read about but its how my body is responding.

On a good note, muscle still feels solid... buts thats about it right now.

No workouts this weekend. This is normal. Diet has been pretty good. Went to the state fair and actually act good.

Still need some guidance here. Cant afford another day off from the gym. Being leg day, i dont think i could do a squat without sh!tting myself.

Only have a couple days left of the beta c and am considering stopping it due to how my bodily functions are right now. Ive never had this problem with creatine before. Been up to 40+ grams a day with no problems.

Well this is all i have for now. Gotta go do my biz again.

Rafter is crapping around 140% of his daily food intake. lol I feel for the guy.... I'm the one who told him to log this stuff. LOL

Update:

Off to the gym now for leg day. My @$$ has calmed down enough... hope to be able to do this today. If I shart myself, oh well, I hear chics dig that. LOL! Ill post again later after my workout.
 
One word of advice: If you do unleash upon yourself, don't rush out of the gym. That will only call attention to it. Instead, play it off. Let em' all know only the hardest hardass can crap himself while working out.

Follow the squats with straight leg deadlifts for added effect.

Hey guys- glad to hear that no sharting occurred!! I am going to go back through the logs today so I can determine what may be the cause of this (if it is product related:():bb:

May be an allergic reaction to something you ate- it almost seems like an irritable bowel-type situation- unfortunately, your 5 most favorite foods are usually the ones you are most allergic to :(

I'd feel like I was going to puke too...... if I had people watching me while I sldl'ed 85 lbs. :run:

What type of creatine were you using @ 40g a day? It could be the type of creatine we are using that may not agree w/ you.

First how are you dosing it?

I doudt its one of your favorite foods causing the allergic reaction. One of the ingredients will cause the stomach discomfort. Supplements like pharmcueticals can cause discomfort which does not ultimately mean its not working.

If you can send the does timming, amount, when and with meal type.

I have an idea.

WHen I was up to 40 g/d i was using AST Micronized Creatine Monohydrate. No problems just lots of water retention.

First beta c's taken at 645 am. This is 15 min before a protein shake and fruit (normally an apple or applesauce). No problems before with this food. Next dose of beta c is about 545 pm pwo with protein shake with some carbs. Generally the carbs are oats mixed in shake.

On off days from training beta c taken at 645 as before and same food at 7 am. I then take the next beta c's 6 hours later with lunch. Lunch can be anything from chicken breast, tuna, hamb, veggies, oatmeal, etc. Its generally never junk food.

Today being tuesday, I did not take any beta c. Wanted to see if #2 and stomach discomfort went away. It did go away so that is good.

If you say one of the ingredients will cause stomach discomfort, then that could be my problem. Is there anyway to minimize this side? I still have some left so I can try and see if this goes away.

How many caps?
 
Just a final update. I took a few days off and then tried the beta c again. Shortly after taking the am pills, my stomach didnt feel good. I finished out the day and took 2 post workout with no problems. Later that night it was bad for me. Back to the bathroom.

I really enjoyed the beta c when i had no sides. I only got them late in the cycle which confuses me. Everything eaten while on was pretty much the same. All foods that never gave me issues before. I did see an improvement in strength and I did lean up a bit. Muscles felt solid and pumps were great. I would recommend this product. Just be aware of everything that occurs to your body.
