usually stims make me pee gallons...but radiate makes me sweat so much I only pee maybe twice all day at work even though I seem to be constantly drinking....
 
Sipping on a scoop of radiate for a couple hours while on a road trip was very enjoyable, helped hold off a meal for a few hours, everything was cool until we hit bumper to bumper traffic in the loop in Chicago, being stimmed by radiate and insane traffic is no bueno

Yea that's the struggle I have with it as well, if I can actually pee it's a victory. Working outside is really lame sometimes. Can't seem to drink enough.

here in Indiana it's around 90 and very humid. by the time i'm done at work even my shoes and socks are soaked from sweat dripping down.
 
I "tried" to enjoy my 4th of July foods today but like always, RADIATE had me turned off from the thought of foods.

I ate but it was tough.

I'll try to make it. Only a 30 min drive. I actually work 5 min from there and i go to the nutrishop across the street from time to time

I really like the 1 scoop of peach and half of the cherry mixed in 32 oz of cold water. Sipping on that throughout the day is rather nice!
 
I'm really tempted to order a tub of the Cherry Slush but I think I will wait. After I get back from the vacation, I plan to do a heavy bulk. I feel really small being 15 lbs lighter.

I can tell you what the exchange rate of Taco Bell tacos to shît is with me. 1:2 but sometimes 1:3. Them things tear me up! No bueno me amigo!

The exchange rate for pink tacos however doesn't ever change as I am married and can only have the one!

man, when I was in san diego in the early 80's taco bell burrito supremes were killer good...hell, I think they cost around $5 back then-but were worth every penny---todays burrito supreme is crap compared to back then.
 
Gonna give one tub to my sis who live in another city as the trainer in the gym keep telling her Grenade is the strongest thermo on the earth. I think she will likes peach flavor.
