RAD140 & SR9009 PCT

Hi guys, near the end of my RAD140 & SR9009 cycle. I have clomid and exemestane serms here and will be using them with OL Kingsblood.
What dosing is recommended for the clomid and exemestane?
 
Clomid typically i've seen it dosed 50/50/25/25 for a four week pct.
 
I would dose every day and keep the exemestane on hand and add it in if needed.
