I'm a long time lurker but recently got back into training more seriously.
My stats are 192cm, 92kg, 35yo, 15% body fat. I've previously completed an 8 week 20mg anavar cycle a couple of years ago which saw a lot of PBs and ended in 9% body fat. Unfortunately I had some personal issues come up that distracted me and I've lost a lot of my progress in the past 2 years. I've been training hard again over the past few months and wanted to try a mild helper to help me cut some fat without losing too much muscle.
Can anyone compare RAD140 to anavar, will it help reduce muscle loss on a calorie deficit?
