Hey all, hoping to share my experience with RAD and see how it compares to what anyone else has experienced.
So I started RAD 140 after a 2 week vacation / work obligation in which I gained about 5lbs of fat. I wasn't working out and I was barely getting any steps in, **** happens.
Prior to the trip I was maintaining my weight at 3200 calories a day with 2-3 cheat meals. Likely averaged out to 3500-3600 calories per day.
I started RAD 140 at 20mg and have been on it for 10 days. Calories set to 2800 which should net a little over 1lb of weight loss per week, but I'm now 2lbs heavier. I haven't cheated once and have weighed everything that I've eaten minus a small salad when I went out for dinner once.
I know recomp is possible with RAD but gaining 2lbs seems off. Is there an initial water weight gain from this compound?
One thing to note is that I do feel like I've slightly leaned out. When I came back from my trip I lost all ab definition and that has gone back to what it was prior to the trip when I was 5lbs lighter.
Interested in what people have to say.
