Rack pulls

This varies greatly between individuals. I know some people will go above knees to prime their CNS, and some will go as little as a few inches off the floor.

Personally, I like to set the pins at the weak point of my pull. This ends up being a few inches below my patella.

I set mine just below my knee cap. As stated above placement can depend on your sticking point during your deadlift, but many use it for Back training as well.

Why do you include it in your routine or may be?

I use them for variety and because i have a love and hate relationship with deadlifts.

I always set the bar below the knees, sometimes higher and sometimes lower.

I was asking just out of curiosity. Thanks for the replies.

Same here. I love and hate deadlift as well but their an essential movement so ive learned to love thsm

I set it at different heights depending on what I'm working towards in my training. I've been mostly setting them about mid-shin.
