Racing Mountain Bikes!!!!!

I'm a 40 year old male.
I race mountain bikes so endurance AND strength are important.

I'm 6'2, 200 pounds and my bodyfat is about 12%.

The ideal is to be as lean,as strong, and as light as possible.

What regimen of hgh and steroid do you suggest?

Thanks in advance!

I MT bike recreationally and I have to say I probably wouldn't use AAS for this use except perhaps for a light regimen of testosterone. AAS are great for building up some climbing power but they are really hit or miss in the endurance department IMO..and MTB requires more endurance than any other sport.

HGH would be useful though during training as it will help you recover better and lean you out more. Mixed with light test use this could be very useful. A DHT, M5AA perhaps, derivative might also impart strength and endurance without adding water weight.

All in all I shy away from the AAS approach for endurance. Though there isn't much evidence, I worry that AAS + extreme cardio exertion could lead to an enlarged heart.

Just my 2 cents..but you do have lots of options.

We cannot discuss sources here for any AAS, Hgh or prohormones. PLease be advised. A second infraction will result in banning, however I'm cutting you slack as you're new..and a MTBer lol.

Whenever you get your supplies I'd start with a lower dose of test..like in the 300- 500mg per week range. You'll get some recovery from this without too much bloat water retention.

HGH I've not used but for a faster acting and legal alternative check out IGF R3 offered by Muscle Research..a board supporter. Read up on the numerous IGF and test threads here using the search function.

Mr. Stevens had great results with Testosterone, nandrolone, HGH, and EPO:

For endurance, you would be much better off using something like Body Octane with a little AAKG and ALCAR in it. Or homebrew your own mix.

"That night at home I sat staring at the pills. Veterinarians? Mexican pharmacies? I shuddered and threw them out. I knew the only way I could play this game was under a doctor's supervision."

Pussy. lol

I agree with SJA for the most part. Stuff like Body Octane mixed with a newer form of ALCAR is just a much cleaner performance boost with no worries about your health and PCT...just fewer headaches over all.

I was a pro cyclist, road and track(kilo). I don't see the rationale for gear as an endurance athlete, unless you're one of those crazy-ass downhillers. I started doing gear as a roadie, and quite honestly got too big to maintain endurance. Best to do whatver you can to increase your VO2. Yes, you burn muscle when cycling, but a high-protein/high complex carb diet is really the way to go.

It sounds like your doing club-races? No worries about testing? In that case, run some Erythropoeitin. ;)
