1 hr and 58 minutes of swimming at never less than a brisk pace, with maybe a total of 5 minutes overall rest time! I must be getting into decent shape. I finally got out when my hands & face where getting tingly. Sippin' a shake now, Gonna double dose some anabolic pump and eat something carby a bit later.

maybe, it's not very late for me right now, I usually crash around 3am. I gotta say though, I thing recreate and cordygen5 might become my standard pre-cardio stack for a while though. Either that or today was just a good day.

I'm gonna see if I can do it again tomorrow. I can't help but wonder what that kind of strain on a regular basis would do to muscle mass & cortisol levels, but; guys like that olympic swimmer phelps swim for 6+ hrs a day and probably twice as hard as I did. Then you have guys like arnold who did full body routines twice a day in their prime, etc, and their physiques were fine. Sometimes I wonder just how overly caught up we are in the minute details these days.

There is probably a lot of truth in that statement. You should hear the calls I get at work. One dude was asking if it would be a good idea to add 1/3 of a scoop of egg protein to his whey to prolong the nutrients...yeah, for reals.

i was like that about a year and one half ago. and the irony is that i make better with the fitness now than i did then. all that stressin' must have upped my cortisol level or sumtin'. heh.
