49.99 I believe for 60 caps and each cap is 300 mg. not a bad deal! Like I said I was a skeptic but it's been working so well for me I can't deny it!

Bro my quads where burning so bad it was insane lol
I busted the reps out with a split second squeeze at the top. I don't take any breaks holding it at the top or in between drops :)
 
this wasn't a veins poppin kind of pump, but more of a water filled pump feeling. Tight sleeves ect.

I have a skylight in my bathroom that tends to light me up pretty bright lol the Avi is in the gym locker room that's dark as hell.
Ill post more soon. I'm in pct so I'm not feeling as full or pumped as usual. That's why I wanted to test folli. I'm back on cycle in a week or two so ill be back to my old self lol there will be a huge log consisting of a ton of compounds, workouts and eventually after I finish this recomp then bulk ill do a contest prep when I feel I'm ready to jump in there :)

Update-I'm upping my carbs to 220 and my fats are staying solid at 80. Of course protein is at 300.
I can't stay in a huge deficit with nothing keeping me anabolic right now so I'm upping my cals to 2850 for the time be.
Weighed in at 205.

I'm 8 days in. This is a two week log.
It's ok so far. Good endurance boost. Which helps in Mma. However, no strength gains or all day pumps ect. Something i would run purely for endurance if extra funds were available, but we will see there are 5 days left!
I think the hype on this ingredient is ridiculous even if it delivers the results promised, you don't see anyone doing that with ArA even though we all know its a bad ass supplement.

Mma? Huh! What do you train? I did NHB back in the day for six years. I got mrsa to many times and retired. Back when it was called NHB!

It's hard to keep muscle on while your training like that. You wanna be as loose as possible. The more muscle you have the harder it is for your cardio to keep up. All that blood pumping through!
 
For real. It's time to call it quits. Iv been training for 10 years and its time I do something else...
 
Hey r4j I think u gotta run it for at least six weeks to really see the effects. I really noticed it at the ending of the 3rd week. Btw looks like it working for you, by looking at those pics.
