hI

i have been taking r-ala(100mg) for its glucose disposal effect with approx 50gms of oats and 25gms of protein powder , a mix of whey , pea, rice and beef isolates.However i m beginning to wonder if it can make you fat especially around the waist .It may be all in the head but opinions appreciated.
Breakfast is the only time its taken.
