I just purchased ast 200mg r-ala and a bottle of biotin from NOW as well as the 25 or 30 g bulk powder of yellow gold just cause I had some extra money laying around and decided to give these two a try for nutrient partioning effects since Im bulking and trying to keep the fat off as much as possible. MY question is, from experience, what do you guys think is more effective and what woudl be the correct dosing protocol. THe main bulk of my carbs come at breakfast then I workout then pwo and ppwo. just from these three meals alone I take in 60 carbs breakfast 45 pwo and 40-60 ppwo. Im 5'7'' 108 if that helps. ANy responses regarding not only dosing but my diet as well would help. would help thanks guys. diet is 40/30/30 recently changed from 45/35/15. and is 160 g protein too much?
