I'm doing pretty well with my dieting just wondering if you guys have any eating patterns for before a day you want to look your best
Like if I'm going to the beach tomorrow
 
I suppose you could fast but you might risk losing a "fullness" appearance
 
Keep sodium low the day before and just drink a ton of water.. Should keep bloat off, also reducing carbs can be good but like Josh said above. You may lose fullness
