Quick question

Hey, I was looking in the mirror today and noticed my left pec was slighty bigger then my right. I flexed my pecs and saw a pretty noticible diffrence in size. At night i tend to sleep with my arm under my pillow. Could this be affecting it or is it my workout? (this is the first time i have ever had this problem)

Hey, Im right handed and i added dumbell bench press into my chest workout. I feel my left arm struggling to get the weight up 2-3 reps before my right. I also had dumbell incline and have the same problem. That so far is the only thing i have added to my work out.

Looks like you found the problem!

If you have access to iso-lateral machines (Such as Hammer Strength) put them to good use.... this will allow you to work the muscles independently while also allowing you to push to failure safer.
