hi. i finished my 3ad and mass fx 4wk cycle,when i can start run other one,4 weeks after cycle or 4weeks after pct?

Time on+pct time = Time off.

This is my general rule of thumb although with 3ad you should be fine 4 weeks after pct if you only ran 4 weeks of 3ad
