Quick question about fat burners

I know I am the annoying New guy.

My question is 1 that has been asked a million times. i just want to know what at the very moment is the most effective ephedra containing fat burning supplement that is 40 dollars or less?

I am just looking to get as cut up as humanly possible, my diet is pretty clean, I am already fairly lean (visible 6 pack), I just one that onion skin look now, and I think my mind is ready to take that next step.

I am an athlete though and carbs are a must (at least 200 a day) so ive decided to step it up to the more 'hardcore' fat burners instead of the normal cheap energy stuff i would take (just caffeine basically)

i workout six times a week (over 2 gallons of water a day), twice a day four times a week, this ephedra stuff wont kill me, will it?
 
ephedra is illegal boss...ephedrINE is legal and you can pick it up at most pharmacies, just need to show some ID

other than that I would say pick up the tri-lean system by ALRI ( over $40 though ).

I used ECA and dropped some weight but since i've been on the CKD and added the tri-lean system i've dropped double the weight in less time.

JMO though.

Look into Anabolic Pump (since your taking in a good amount of carbs it will be extremely beneficial towards your goal.) If you want to take a quality fat burner look into Leviathan Reloaded.

I agree w/ the Anabolic Pump suggestion...toss in some DCP and you will have some incredible fat loss. Very very nice stack right there.

and would the TKD diet be cool? My question is the carbs I should be eating (calculated out to around 70 before and after I workout) Those are the only times right? and It would be safe to say an hour before and after i would take carbs?

For the carbs around your workout I usually eat at least 1-1.5 hours pre workout. Then i try and get a whole food meal in as soon as i can(usually ~15min after workout for me)
 
A hybrid shill, no self agenda but really like USP :D.

DCP = Damage Control protocol. It utilizes TTA to help burn and regulate storage of fats. DCP + AP like Bolt said would be a nasty stack. Same thing with LeviathanRL.
 
If you are unsure on how to use ephedra and that it was banned I would recommend not using clenbuterol at this point in time (it can be very dangerous, even deadly if misused.) Stick with the safer methods (that are effective.)
 
Yea im not a big fan of fat burners.

My diet is very very clean, I mean the worst carbs i would eat is 20 grams of cheerios. I cut out all sugar basically, and eat mainly salad, chicken, fish, and the 1g sugar cheerios (haha for breakfast)

but for some reason, I am no sure if im eating too much or what but im not as ripped as earlier in the year, and i cant seem to reach that point again...

so clenbuterol i take it is stronger than eca?

You need to consume, depending on body type, 40-60g of carbs with each dose (usually 3x per day). There is an AP manual in the USP labs section of this board. I suggest looking at that before you buy.
