Quick PCT Question

When are you supposed to start PCT, the night of your last PH/PS dose or the morning after?

I'll be running liquid nolva BTW.

Actually, it depends on the type of delivery.

Orals, the morning after
dermals, a day after that
Cypionate esters(injectables) a week(i think)

Really it depends on what you are taking, but generally for MOST ph's (methylated, oral), the next day would be fine. If you are using something with an ester (injectables) this should give you a better idea. I like to start when my last dosage is halved, some may say thats a bit early but I would rather "waste" a little of my nolva then be late getting started!

I was running oral 1ad w/ trans 4ad+. So the day after my last PH dose, I think I'll take my 1st dose of nolva that morning. Good?

I have to agree early is better than late. with the oral leaving your system quickly and only having the trans in you then I would start the morning after.
