Will Lipoderm have no effect if you are maintaining?
Quick background- I am currently doing 5x5 and really pursuing strength so I don't want to cut yet.
No idea what my bodyfat is but I have no visible abs. I think its probably upper teens
I eat super clean, enough to maintain
I think my core is in decent shape from all the squats and deadlifts. (my weights for squats and deadlifts are 2xbodyweight)
Since I'm probably upper teens in terms of bodyfat, I know lipoderm 's effects would be limited if I didnt cut nor start using at 12% bf.
However I'm not asking for that big of an effect I just want to see a little definition.
Is my case a lost cause?
