Quick Nolva question

Hey guys just got a quick question not to sound like an idiot but i have seen Nolva in tablet form and liquid form. The stuff i can get my hands on if needed has a what appears to be a dropper in the bottle. However at the bottom of the description it says it can be harmful if ingested. Im alittle confused? Is that statement just a blanket statement on the page designed to cover them if someone decides to down the whole bottle of Nolva or am i not supposed to take the dropper and injest the Nolva?

my toremifene says the same thing,its just a warning so you cant get to them legally. if you think about it almost everything is potentially dangerous if ingested.
