Quick nipple questions

Why do the nipples get bigger on/after running cycles? I have noticed this on a couple of people that I know have ran harsher cycles. I'm not talking about gyno (i think), talking about the middle of the nipple becoming bigger, similar to that of a females. So why does this happen and how can you stop it?

never noticed that before i think the person already had nipple like that. the only thing that could make nipples bigger is with prolactin related gyno which can be casues by allota prohormones and rarley in AAS. I know x-tren, and epistane are notorious for this but not like those nips, to stop those sides use ldopa, p5p, vitex or caberogline
 
That makes sense. Prolactins. Many of my buddies that have enlarged nipples(not that big like in the pic), have ran a tren ph. Also I wouldn't doubt that Antoine Vaillant is on massive amounts of tren
