Quick natadrol question

Hey guys, Got my 3 bottles yesterday. did not pass Go, went directly to 8 caps :D
Just wanna know If i can do 4AM and 4PM or do I have to space them out more?
Also, is all this urinating/water loss healthy....

Most people seem to be dosing them 3-4 times throughout the day. Don't really see why you couldn't do 4/4 if it doesn't bother you.

I split mine up 3/3/2 with breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Just make sure you're drinking water and you'll be fine :)
 
Cheers man! I always drink heaps of water. Just curious why people split doese up? Why not just 4/4? Its easier.

Couldn't tell ya to be honest. I believe the bottle says "divided doses", and 2 seems to be divided. As long as you don't have any problems taking 4 at a time i don't see what it will hurt.

I'm on day 6 and i'm stacking it with Methyl Masterdrol, so far so good though.
 
I think the only reason that people would use 3 doses rather than two is to keep the natadrol levels high in your body but as far as I am aware there haven't been any studies into the half-life of natadrol. I've also seen reports of people dosing 8 caps at 2/2/2/2 but if 4/4 works for you then I would stick with it.

Let us know how you both get on with your run as I am planning to start natadrol in late June.
 
I dosed it 3/2/3, but there were days I would forget a dose and go 3/5 or 4/4. Natadrol isn't really a sup that you'll notice any difference doing it differently one or two times though.
 
Most orals have a half life of roughly 8hrs, and to my knowledge Natadrol is no different. So it would make sense to try and divide them up evenly in that time period so 3 doses a day, i imagine, would be optimal but 2 would be ok.

Why? If a half-life is 8 hours, that means the active life is 16 hours. At 2 doses per day you are covered. Your body will respond better to a larger dose of any androgen at a single dosing.

yes but the main idea is too keep those levels elevated and consistent. Thus being if you get another dose as the half life is coming down it will stay higher. Does that make sense?

I agree a large dose of androgens is money, pre-workout being most beneficial. So at 8 caps/day if you take 2 caps for 2 doses and the 3rd dose (4caps) pre-workout it should give a great kick when you really want it.

Eh. I'm not saying you're wrong. If you like that, you'll still grow(I have dosed like that many x's before), but I beleive there is more potential in the higher dosing/less dosing scheme. It is also okay(and maybe even beneficial) to have a few hours in which there is no active too. A lot of this is trial and error and maybe best a personal choice anyway. Either way, the OP wouldn't go wrong....best not to make rocket-surgery out of something simple(and fun).

Half life of 8 hours doesn't mean that the compound is gone in 16....that's a common mistake people make when trying to understand how half-life "works". In the pharmacological realm, a half life represents the amount of time it takes for half of the substance/compound, to be metabolized and removed from the body. So after 16 hours you have halved it twice, not eliminated it entirely.

Also, the half-life very well could be different or shorter since its not a methylated compound, I believe. I know that methylated proteins have longer half lives in general, so it could be shorter than that estimate, but I haven't found any research showing the actual number or hinting at it for TC.

Okay, I'm glad you didn't make a point here. Truth be told though, I don't know the exact half life of Natadrol myself. I would assume it to be shorter than 8 hours too.

If you are looking at dosing from a pharmacological perspective then it would help to know a little more on how it works. Not everyone has a science background so I thought it would be useful to make sure we all had the facts straight. Sorry if it came off the wrong way.

Truth be told though, I don't know the exact half life of Natadrol myself. I would assume it to be shorter than 8 hours too.

I agree, its going to be a lot harder to estimate also since there are multiple compounds in the product that could all have different half lives. I've looked at a LOT of literature on TC from some discussions had at that other site and it doesn't seem to be something that any researchers have looked into yet.

Didn't mean it to be hostile, so sorry if it came across like that. However, I am in the medical/pharma field as my day job...so I know how a half-life works for a compound. I also like to put things in the easiest terms to understand as not to be condescending(I don't always suceed). Anyway, I think we're on the same page here.
