Just got two bottles of myosynergy Lot #1357. I was wondering if I'm supposed to be following the dosing protocol on the bottle of 5 caps a day or if there is still the issue with the modified dosing of 7-8 capsules a day.
Just got two bottles of myosynergy Lot #1357. I was wondering if I'm supposed to be following the dosing protocol on the bottle of 5 caps a day or if there is still the issue with the modified dosing of 7-8 capsules a day.
If you just recently bought it, it will be the 5 cap dosing. I plan to dose my in the AM on off days or split AM/PM - Not sure exactly what Matt recommends. I'll be running a log for him, so I'll ask.
