Just perfecting my pre spring break stack. Can I use this after my morning shower if I am already using alphamine to wake up? Or do the stims in the topical effect you just like if you were ingesting them? sorry this may be a dumb question.

Maybe I have the wrong label but it says caffeine and yohimbe. You just mean it doesn't have the normal stimulant effect since it's a topical right?

No you're right. It does have caffeine. The one it has is a potent caffeine that supposedly is much more readily than reg caffeine. But imo I never got a jolt of energy from it or a disrupt in sleep due to the caffeine. Might also make sense why I never did is because it's best applied after morning shower.

Maybe dsade can touch more on it.

I applied it before bed one night and could not sleep. But everyone is different.

Hmm I'll start with half a dose of my morning fat burner the first time and see how I feel.
