Quick easy complex carbs...

I have a hard time getting enough complex carbs throughout the day. I tried blending oatmeal in with protien shakes, but damn that gets old quick. Granola bars are mostly complex carbs right? What about triscuits? Baked lays potato chips maybe? I'm bulking (permanently) so I'm not too concerned about a little fat...
 
I love all kinds of potatos, but I'd like something I can put in my pockets to snack on at work...

Grab some Chef Jay Trioplex bars. :D or some Nature Valley Bars.



And yeah, there's always my personal favorite, wardog's protein squares.
 
Grape Nuts (the cereal) are great. I beleive there are several receipes for bars...heres a good one:
