Would there be any benefit to running at 3 caps / day , say 2 pre workout and another later in the day, or would it be a case of diminishing returns?
 
I can't answer that, but I can say that I am having nice results by doing what is on the bottle. I will take (2) 30 minutes or so before working out either with or without food. On no workout days I take (1) in the morning and (1) in the evening about 10 to 12 hours later. These are also dosed with or without food.

I don't know if body weight has anything to do with it, but I weigh 175 give or take a pound or two just for reference. I started at 168 and haven't changed nor felt the need to up the dosage.

I can't think of any reason why you couldn't. You could definitely increase the dosages of Epicatechin and VASO6, and I can't think of any reason that it would hurt to increase the RipFactor dosage. We just use the highest dosage of RipFactor that was used in the studies - that doesn't meant that a higher dosage may not work better, it just means that we can't tell you it will for sure because it wasn't studied any higher than that to know.

I've noticed a difference in 2 vs 4 caps per day.
Personally, I felt best with 1 cap with my pre-workout meal then 2-3 caps with my pre-workout, depending on the day. For example, for lagging muscle group days I would do 3 caps pre-workout and for other days 2 caps pre-workout.

Nice. Thanks for posting that. I may try upping it, but at the moment, I am content with how things are going. With just the two pre workout or per-day, I am getting 2 -3 extra reps + extra poundage. Dumbbells in particular feel so much more stable. I really like this product.
 
Thanks for the info everyone! I'm honestly mainly interested in increasing the dosage because I'm ready to start some new supps and I'm too impatient to wait out the entire run at the standard dosage lol.

Then why not just overlap them?

Muscle Plex will stack well with almost anything.
 
I can respect that you want to cut back on some pills. Not sure how long you have been on Muscleplex, but it doesn't seem to lose its effectiveness, at least in my case. I am 3 months in (3 months will be 2 days from now to be accurate) and it just keeps working for me. I think this would be, and is, a nice base to stack other things. I am not saying buy more, but maybe instead of trying to use it all up as fast as you can, continue taking it normally and reap the remaining benefits.

I'm already running Muscle Plex, Anabolic XT, Alpha One and Forskolin so I didn't want to throw another supp into the mix.

If its personal preference, that's individual choice. But if you're worried about any issues with adding anything else, there wouldn't be because you can stack Muscle Plex with pretty much anything.

I agree. It's something that can be used as a daily supplement for as long as someone would like and the results seem to be consistent and some say get better as time goes.

Yes, it definitely seems to get better. This third month is were it seems to really have kicked up a notch. I have also noticed that some days I may feel week and tired, like no way am I going to have good workout. Once I get going the strength is all there and I continue making gains. I can't compare it to the other strength builder supplements you provide for us YET, but it is as good if not better than creatine. I personally think it is better. It is like weights feel more stable or something. Granted I am on creatine as well, but I will have been on that for a year come October.
