Quick Cycle Assist Questions!

So I started H-drol and I just have 2 Q's about cycle assist...

1. So since i'm doing 5 days h-drol then 2 days break for 4 weeks straight, do I do the same with cycle assist? Or should I take 4 am/4 pm every day?

2. Also, should cycle assist continue into my PCT cycle? If so, how long?

Why are you doing 5 on 2 off with hdrol? And why for 4 weeks only?

Run cycle assist non stop 7 days a week.
