Quick 1ad and fish oil question

I heard that taking 1ad (or any oral PH for that matter) can be made more effective if you take it with oil. I am currently taking my 1ad with fish oil capr 1-2 per 1ad pill. Will this help?

Taking PH's with food, especially fats should help with absorption. So fish oil would be fine.

Fish oil helps, and I think I read where it is even more important to take the fish oil or "omega" fatty acid with 1-test ethers.
