Questions regarding Powerfull, pumps and cutting

I use USP products all the time for a number of years now.

Currently taking AP/P-Slin, Camp, avg dose of old powerfull (4-7 caps/day), Cissus.

In addition I am towards the tail end of a NHA stack of ATD, Activate, Lean Xtreme.

I am starting a 30 day cut cycle (haven’t cut in years) prior to hitting a tropical vacation.

I’ll be done w/ NHA in about a week, and am running DCP, EC and continuing the Lean Xtreme. I don’t want to lose too much muscle mass, and my idea is to do a higher dose of Powerfull, combining new and old for the next 5 weeks, to try to preserve gains.

I am not going to reduce my calories much below maintenance. I’ve been above maintenance and now will drop to just around maintenance, but will be doing more cardio.

Combining the cardio w/ the maintenance diet and the DCP/EC/LX, do you think Powerfull (I’ll continue AP/P-Slin) will be enough to maintain size/strength for my workouts the next month?

In addition, I’m contemplating adding some NOS Precursor from Get Diesel in a week or two through my vacation. It's cheap and probably effective - I used NOS XXX some years back and it produced very good pumps. This will be added to produce larger pumps while in the tropics. However, it does have some nutrient shuttling properties and I am wondering:

Would that interfere too much w/ using AP?

I also was considering adding in some sesathin timed occasionally over the next few weeks.

I know I was told to stop any ALA or products like Cialabol (Another USP one I was using) when taking AP. NOS precursor contains:

Arginine-AKG, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Panax Ginseng Gynostemma, Cnidium Monnieri, Vanadium (Amino Acid Chelate), Banaba Leaf, Bioperine, Astaxanthin

I have some NOW foods L-Arginine/L-Orthinine laying around, and I could take that instead, but the pumps do not seem to last as long as the NOS XXX did.

I used to believe more in “pump” type products like Arginine but rarely use them any more, but just for a few weeks I think I might want to throw them back into the mix.

So, to recap on my questions:

1. Combining the cardio w/ the maintenance diet and the DCP/EC/LX, do you think Powerfull (I’ll continue AP/P-Slin) will be enough to maintain size/strength for my workouts the next month?

2. Will NOS Precursor’s insulin affecting ingredients interfere too much w/ using AP? If so, what would you suggest as a NO type product to take on vacation?

Haha, a lot of questions there.

1) Shortly put, yes.

2) They could, but not in a major way. They may potentiate Insulin, but that is not the product's main focus. As such, feel free to use it with AP.
 
I would also add some BCAA's with a little extra leucine if doing a lot of cardio. And of course beta alanine & citrulline malate. :) Be sure to keep the PowerFULL doses to an hour after carb meals to get the most of the GH release; that will help keep the weight coming off LEAN toward adipose vs muscles. IMO

I take about 3 g of bulk CM before workouts, I may up this to once AM and once before workouts. I'll also increase the BCAA's/leucine, which I usually take ICE during workouts, but will increase dosages. Thanks for the info on the Powerfull timing - I do aim for 1 hr after meals so I think I'm safe there.

As for BA - I was taking this for a little while, but was under the impression that it had to be taken regularly at a reasonable dose (like a number of weeks or even months) to begin feeling the positive benefits. I guess I hadn't taken it regularly enough or for a long enough time to feel much of anything I could attribute solely to it, so I removed it from my arsenal.

yea BA is needed to be taken every day and takes several weeks to really "kick in" as it takes time to raise muscle carnosine stores. Usually by weeks 3-4 of continual dosage you begin to see results and it really gets going weeks 5-6 for me
