I use USP products all the time for a number of years now.
Currently taking AP/P-Slin, Camp, avg dose of old powerfull (4-7 caps/day), Cissus.
In addition I am towards the tail end of a NHA stack of ATD, Activate, Lean Xtreme.
I am starting a 30 day cut cycle (haven’t cut in years) prior to hitting a tropical vacation.
I’ll be done w/ NHA in about a week, and am running DCP, EC and continuing the Lean Xtreme. I don’t want to lose too much muscle mass, and my idea is to do a higher dose of Powerfull, combining new and old for the next 5 weeks, to try to preserve gains.
I am not going to reduce my calories much below maintenance. I’ve been above maintenance and now will drop to just around maintenance, but will be doing more cardio.
Combining the cardio w/ the maintenance diet and the DCP/EC/LX, do you think Powerfull (I’ll continue AP/P-Slin) will be enough to maintain size/strength for my workouts the next month?
In addition, I’m contemplating adding some NOS Precursor from Get Diesel in a week or two through my vacation. It's cheap and probably effective - I used NOS XXX some years back and it produced very good pumps. This will be added to produce larger pumps while in the tropics. However, it does have some nutrient shuttling properties and I am wondering:
Would that interfere too much w/ using AP?
I also was considering adding in some sesathin timed occasionally over the next few weeks.
I know I was told to stop any ALA or products like Cialabol (Another USP one I was using) when taking AP. NOS precursor contains:
Arginine-AKG, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Panax Ginseng Gynostemma, Cnidium Monnieri, Vanadium (Amino Acid Chelate), Banaba Leaf, Bioperine, Astaxanthin
I have some NOW foods L-Arginine/L-Orthinine laying around, and I could take that instead, but the pumps do not seem to last as long as the NOS XXX did.
I used to believe more in “pump” type products like Arginine but rarely use them any more, but just for a few weeks I think I might want to throw them back into the mix.
So, to recap on my questions:
1. Combining the cardio w/ the maintenance diet and the DCP/EC/LX, do you think Powerfull (I’ll continue AP/P-Slin) will be enough to maintain size/strength for my workouts the next month?
2. Will NOS Precursor’s insulin affecting ingredients interfere too much w/ using AP? If so, what would you suggest as a NO type product to take on vacation?
