Questions on timing....

Ok, so i'm still in the air as to whether I want to go with an hdrol cycle or move forward with Anabolic Pump/PRIME/Powerfull. It all comes down to timing I suppose. Maybe some of you can give me a little insight as to how I should proceed....

My stats....
21 yrs old
6'2"
255lbs
Approx. 24% bf (according to Homedics digital scale)
No prior supplement experience aside from Animal Stak.
My diet is clean. My works out are solid.
I workout 6 days a week, more info. available upon request.
My workouts occur at 1pm or 2pm depending on the work schedule the night before.

How can I manage this stack while still making sure I'm getting it to it's full potential? How can I safely maximize results? I've seen a lot of people talking about carb intake and cheat meals with stack.... whats the significance of this?

My goals are to be around 220lbs with a mid to low teens for BF%. I'm thinking this is going to come easy and trust me, I know it's going to take some work.

I'm just trying to gather as much information as I can before I spend the money and possibly not gain anything. Any input would be appreciated!

You're comparing apples & oranges with your two choices there..
Never done any supplementation..want to lose BF..need to make better food choices..
Why would you want to jump into a harsh PH/DS with your first experience? and esp at 21yrs old..
But I'm biased. I'm kinda partial to staying natural and not ruining my hormonal output for my old age (ohh wait, I am old, ahaa!)..
 
Ok so if I go with AP/PRIME/Powerfull how would I time those throughout my day? How would I have to adjust my diet, if at all? What is Recreate and why do I want it? Thanks!
 
AP 3x daily w/ carb meals (inc. 1 cap 15min before your preWO meal)
Prime, 2 caps 3x daily w/ meals (split thruout day evenly)
PowerFULL, 3 caps 30min preWO; another 2-3 caps prior to bed
on your 1 off day weekly, abstain from using Prime & PowerFULL

Recreate is only the most phenomenal pure fat-burner on the market! A must if you're trying to dial it all in..

4:00pm POST WORKOUT: PRIMEx2caps/APx1cap

8:00pm Last meal: n/a

10:00pm: PowerFULLx2-3caps on weekly off day prior to bed while during the day not taking anything else?

So the Powerfull I only take once a day prior to a work out? How does that react with an NO-booster prior to working out? On my weekly day off, do I abstain from taking everything except Powerfull prior to bed? If that's the case would I be using this day as my cheat meal day?

How would Recreate work into all this?

just the 1 AP prior to this meal, no need to double up..
you could do the 2 caps Prime here, OR take 2 along w/ PowerFULL 30min preWO instead

12:30/1:30pm: PowerFULLx3 prior to workout
okay, you'll want to have that preWO meal 60-90min prior to training; I find 90min optimal, as then at the 60min mark I can take my PowerFULL on empty stomach

4:00pm POST WORKOUT: PRIMEx2caps/APx1cap
sheesh..how long are you working out?
you could do your last dose of Prime & AP here if you like.. (see next entry)

8:00pm Last meal: n/a
..or, if there are carbs in this meal, you could do AP + Prime here instead.

10:00pm: PowerFULLx2-3caps on weekly off day prior to bed while during the day not taking anything else?
no -- 2-3 caps prior to bed on your training days (6 days/week)

So the Powerfull I only take once a day prior to a work out?
as detailed above, you'll take PowerFULL 2x daily, 6 days/week..your one off-training day will be the only day you abstain from Prime & PowerFULL

so long as the NO product contains no carbs, you're fine

sure, if that is how you want to structure things. just make sure you take AP before that cheat! :)

2 RC at rising (which I assume is @7:30am for you roughly)
and 2 along w/ PowerFULL, 30min preWO
