Questions on recomp

I'm at 185, so I should eat 185g of protein, and 370g of carbs? I'm not sure how much carbs and fat I should consume... I came of a bulk so I want to recomp for a month bulk up 5 pounds, recomp and repeat.

370 seems to high, you probably want to me around 2500-3000 for your recomp, and 370g of carbs makes up more than half of that.

How many calories were you consuming for your bulk?

Well 185g of p, 370g of c & 50g of fat leaves me in the 2700 range
 
Do 325g carbs, get protein up to 200, and rest fill with fats?
 
300 protein, 275 carbs, 80 fat on a lifting day. recomps are pretty difficult to actually do right. ive done them with success and i recommend recomping for much longer than just a month and then bulking again. either bulk or recomp u pick.

How do you manage to get your carbs that low :O

275 carbs is by no means super low or anything. I eat 70 at breakfast, 30 during my workout, 70 post workout, 70 post post workout so thats 240 which leaves a little room for extra carbs throughout the day.

I shoot for 2 fruits a day (apples and strawberries are pretty low carb), and 4+ veggies a day. Ill get 30 carbs from waxy maize during my workout and the rest of the carbs come from pasta, oatmeal, whole wheat bread, brown rice, etc...
