What benefits does it give you which are common and should expect?

Dosage would you say no less than 500mg a week?

Yes on pretty much all, except no libido increase for me and 400mg ew is enough if you have quality Primo. Idk what you mean with “Bandits” but Primo is fairly side effect free normally.
Primo is my favorite.

No energy but the sense of well-being is very good, feeling confident and sleep is good, except the night sweats
