I am getting this done this thursday. The surgeon stated that he cannot remove all of the glandular tissue without leaving pock marks. It will be a combination of lipo and fibrous tissue removal.

The doctor stated that the chances of the little tissue left behind starting to grow is minnimal. My question is how minimal? Does anyone know if its possible to get terrible looking gyno again after the surgery?

yes, it's happened to many people. any changes in hormone levels can cause gyno, even after you've had the surgery.
