Questions about 4-AD...help appreciated

Hi,

I've just purchased a bottle of 4-AD with 60 capsules. I was instructed to take 2 prior to workout and 2 on off days ( 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening). I'm not taking any estrogen suppressors (don't want to)...will this cause bad side effects using it as a stand alone? Also...is the 2 before workouts adn 2 on off days the best way to use it?

Is this AMS 4-AD? If so, you might want to repost within their sub-forum.
