Did 80 days of var at 75mg/day
Tapered off of it for a week, 60,60,45,30,30,15,15. Started 1mg arimidex on first day of lowered var dose (60mg)
Followed by 2mg when I dropped the dose again, and have been on 3mg for the past 4 days since I finished the var completely.
My guy recommended 3mg/day of arimidex, and after some research that dose seems pretty high. He said I should do 3mg/day for a week after I'm done the var.
Should I continue at 3mg or should I lower the dose? I have noticed that my nipples are slightly puffy and I'm getting some acne on my face..
What do you recommend?
