I hate to create a thread with something that seems like a noobish question, however, I have seen and heard some things about websites like ....... Does anyone have any first hand knowledge about these? Are they worth anything?

from what i understand these sites are crap and what they sell could only be considered "supplements" they are not actually aas.....look around the net a bit more if your looking for real gear
