Hi, I just happened upon a bottle of something called Diol XS. They contain "100 mg. of 19 Nor-4-Androstene- 3, 17-diol and 100 mg 4-Androstene-3, 17-diol."

Would it be wise to run a full PCT after this? Is it even worth taking?

as far as pct treat it like any other ph out there Novla stacked with rebound is what I have been using with great results

How about the worthiness of taking this stuff? Is it a waste of my time...or will I see minimal gains?

Also, does anyone know how to dose this? The bottle says three pills a day. I don't want to take too little and have it be ineffective.
 
You may see minimal gains. Depends on how much you dose and for how long. Also depends on your Hx with supplements and your vital statistics. Overall that product is basically junk. Sorry.
