Hi i know this is nothing regarding supplements but im just wondering a hormonal shut down does that mean that your hormones get shut down 100% or does it just get drastically lowered and another question can men live with 0 testosterone in there bodies??

Nothing with hormones is ever 100%. You can't have 0 test and you can't have 0 estrogen. Its impossible.
Being shut down means that your test production is low. The reason for this is we replace the hormones our body produces naturally with an outside source. When we discontinue use of these hormones, our body tries to "restart" the natural hormone process and balance us out.
