I have been taking AX for about 2 weeks. Should get LX on Wednesday. Just got Lit-up(App Nut). Since Lit-up has DAA in it will it be ok to just take the AX since it has the Pzole in it? Or should I also incorporate TZ?

Yeah that's fine, don't need to add the Triazole unless you're desperate to!
