Hey guys i just bought some to reduce my caffeine intake and I noticed the label has pregnenolone. Do you think there is anything to worry about regarding estrogen or gyno etc?

i dont think you should have any problems, its only 25mg per cap. it doesnt directly convert to estrogens anyways. think about hopw many people take 50-100mg of DHEA daily, most dont even have estrogen related problems for that so you should be safe.
