sup fellas..i been out the loop for awhile got into some legal trouble follwed by a very long 2 month hospital trip (currently in) im fully healed just running a antibiotic treatment ANYWAY question is since i lost so much in size and seem to carry a good amount of fat any thermogenics that have been effective? my diet is strictly tilapia , salmon, chicken breast and a abundance of vegetables..i do workout ,just no weight so consist of 350 burpies throught the day core work and pushups. ive lost some weight but seem to be stuck at 194..im on RSP quadralean but for some reason makes me nauseous ..

Welcome back!

I’d stay away from tilapia. Just my opinion.

I’d first focus on getting fully healthy and making sure your diet and training routine are on point for a consistent period of time. As far as fat burners go, oxymax, fitmax, additional forskolin to add in are a few good options.

Glad you're doing well and back in action. I would definitely focus on recovering and forming the habits of eating properly and exercising. Are you eating any carbs at all?

If Quadralean is making you nauseous, I would stay away from caffeine and stimulants for a while and try to pinpoint what is causing the nausea. Most thermogenic products are stimulant driven, so if Quadralean is an issue I would recommend using other stimulant thermogenics until you've figured out what is making you feel sick.

Welcome back! I'd say look into alpha lean-7 and/or true shred! Two hard rock supplement products that get you results and are very effective with logs to support them.

Welcome to AM and back to the Swole Life! 350 burpees a day is no joke. the thought alone of doing those makes me nauseous...

Speaking of, I notice that Quadralean has CLA in it. If I take CLA on an empty stomach, I do usually feel a little nauseated. Maybe that's what's causing the problem?

As for thermogenic options, I was pleasantly surprised at Alpha Lean-7. Lots of energy and fast results when I used it. Radiate by RXS also gets a lot of love on here and the owners MonteRXS TheMyth are great guys. I have not used the latest formulation but there are a few logs on here with it.

Ignit3 is my current fave for capsule options--mood enhancement, energy and appetite suppression, and lots of sweat!

I also second the "Just say no to tilapia" It's a trash fish and I think you'd be better off with just good old canned tuna if you're looking for a cheap low-cal source of protein

Oxymax is on sale right now at TF Supplements - you can get to their site from the 'Stores' tab above. Nutriverse should have almost all of these products mentioned above - they carry a lot of products

You don't really have a decent meal plan down just yet so i'd suggest working on that first. You need much more variety than 2 species of fish, chicken and vegetables.

I'd recommend adding in nuts, fruit, red meat, something with probiotics, etc. Now, if you have a reason to be avoiding red meat, then you need to at least be sure you can fulfill your iron requirements elsewhere (heme iron more-so than non-heme).

After that is down pat and you are starting to drop the fat, then you can add in a thermogenic to keep you going. Radiate, Oxymax and Lean Edge (for a good non-stim option) are good places to start.

If you've been out of the loop, just focus on getting back into the gym and weight training once you are out of the hospital. I would also track calories. If you are not losing weight, you are not burning more than you are consuming. Also, I know how limiting a hospital diet can be, in terms of amount of calories, so if you have been an inpatient for two months, a refeed might do you well.

Keep after it man! It's a long road and a lot of cardio - for me at least. I would drop the yohimbine and try something else - there are a ton of other options out there. Maybe alpha-yohimbine? Less sides with a similar effect, if not better than y-hcl.

But as others have said, just get back into it and stay consistent

Considering how your health has been, a good probiotic will do wonders to get your gut back in balance - and allow you to shed fat (among a slew of other benefits) without having to toxify yourself further with stims. Good luck!
