question on WESTSIDE training

Hi All thought this would be the best place to put my question I'm following an article i got on west side for my bench plateu question is when is says to my next workout 3 days after my dynamic workout would that be on the 3rd day ie speed day on monday should maximum effort day be thursday or friday? I wasnt sure if they ment 3 days rest or every 3 days. thanks guys
 
Here is my schedule
Mon - ME Squat
Tues - DE Bench
Wed - Recovery Work
Thurs - DE Squat
Fri - ME Bench
Sat - Recovery, GPP, or assistance
Sun - Off
