Question on fish oil dosing...

Did you try out Joint Help at all?

Looks interesting. A little too foreign/new for me to jump into tho. I like using things I'm familiar with. Some extracts of cissus also have caused me to get puffy (water in joints and tissues) the only one that's not done that to me is super cissus. My plan is to see how things work out with adding fish oil back into my staples for a month. Then if something else is needed I will consider joint help, or joint force + super cissus

Would like to bump this for ideas on best dose range.. Looking to help with knee/hip joint soreness , har arthritis diagnosis in lower back/hips. Dont take any rx for it.. Currently taking 2400mg daily. (720 EPA) (600 dha) that's in two caps. Should I bump to 4 and see how it treats me?

try iForce's Joint help and their Fish Oil!

You can try Joint Help for your joint pains since one of the ingredients is cissus quadrangularis. I usually take about 1 gram-2 grams of fish oil.

I've used multiple cissus products, and until Joint Help came out I used Super Cissus. I can say they all showed some improvements in my elbow tendonitis, but none of them acted faster than Joint Help. I do love some Joint Force though for immediate relief of pain and discomfort.

I would definitely recommend Fish Oil for anyone though. I notice a pretty big different when I stop taking it in terms of joint health. Get the peppermint Fish Oil from iForce, it makes the fish burps taste good. If you don't get them it isn't a big deal I guess, but I have had a problem with fish oil burps for ages.

Well if you have any questions about Joint Help hit one of us up! I know we all us it, me personally for tendonitis in my left elbow. Has gotten to the point where doing hammer curls is painfull. So I started supplementing with Joint Help and have increased my fish oil intake.

Cable curls man. Doing cable curls helped me out a lot when my forearm tendonitis was at it's worse.

Im dealing with what i believe is tendonitis in my forearm, bout 2 inches or so above my elbow. What have you been doing to help it? Im already using fish oil anyway, didnt know if cissus or joint help would work since its not actually joint pain. And i also found cable curls helped alot.

Cissus (I use Flexible) as well as adjustment to my workouts. Free weights I will use very moderate weight, however much I can go without making my hands go numb or have shooting pains. I started doing my drag curls using the Smith machine. I used the bicep curls machines a lot as those minimize counter resistance engagement of the forearms. I did a LOT of cable hammer curls using the rope attachment (could go heavier on those and not end up aggravating the tendonitis too much).

Most importantly, I did a lot of light/moderate weight grip work using the Gripper machine, DB wrist curls using light/moderate weight. All very controlled. I watched my form. I made sure to have proper grip. If something hurts a fair amount, I will just avoid doing it. I also used lifting wraps a lot. Did regular bodyweight hangs to stretch out the arm. Deadlifts seemed to help as well.

Dude, you do NOT want to overdose on fish oil. Please educate yourself on the complications from that. Too many to name here.

No need for that. 2-3 grams of DHA/EPA per day is all you need.

What are you using fish oil for?

1. You're already taking 2-4x what ought to be effective for any known ailment.
2. Liquid is not affordable and is of lower quality than caps. It's strictly for babies, pets, cripples that only eat through tubes, and hippies with more money than sense.
3. Nobody here has ever done 30g+ because such a person would be too stupid to use a computer.

Check it out, someone took all the work out of it for you: Invalid Link Removed

The joint/tendon pain game is ****ing annoying. Sometimes you'll do everything and take everything you can to make the pain go away and it doesn't. Other times you say **** it and push through a workout only to be sore later on but feel almost 100 percent better the next day. It's really hard to tell what's helping and what's not

Well the Jarrow has a higher EPA and the NOW has a higher DHA. They're both good, don't think you would notice Much of a difference but maybe try switching back to see?

That's interesting regarding the joint pain. 4g Fish oil daily , any brand usually cheapest, usually help my joints along with 1-1.5g Cissus

Yea gonna switch back today and see what happens. The now brand is VERY light in color almost like olive oil, and smells odd- incidicatng poor quality and / or rancidity ... Either way, I can usually tell when something works or doesn't as I only make one change at a time. So I'm looking forward to going back to jarrow

Cut it open and smell it. You'll be able to tell.

I always look for added Vit E in the gels with the fish oil, believe that's added to help preserve freshness...and then store them in the fridge as well...

Fresh fish smells rancid though... Lol. I hate seafood.

1-1.5g cissus does the job for you? I love cissus but I can't tell any difference until I get around 3-4g daily.

I use to take up to 10g a day but shelby starnes recommended 4g a day. I believe John Meadows stays around the same area also.

I wonder that if guys that take 10-25g of fish oils a day purchase them in bulk or what, because that most get really expensive.

I have this past week taken on avg 4 caps a day the bulk budget stuff from costco type stores cannot remember the name right now but its not costco hah o yea BJ,s
