Question on creatine doasge?

Im currently taking Green MAG by controlled labs one scoop pre workout on workout days one scoop AM on non workout days. i recently had to up white flood dosage cause it just wasnt working. And was wondering if i take 2 scoops on work out days will this help? or should i just stay 1 scoop a day?

Also when will i see affects from creatine first time using it.
