Question on Anabolic Pump/Pslin

I've been using anabolic pump for about 5 months and Pslin for about a month and must say I do like the products--slow steady progress. Recently I've been having what may be some slight pain in the lower back/kidney area. I'm not taking anything else special. I do know I sweat much more on these products, and may be dehydrated, but I don't feel thirsty. Anyone else experience side effects like this?
 
Increase your water intake and report back in a couple days. If you can swing it, pick up some Poseidon as well. Good stuff.
 
I have not experienced anything like that from AP or P-Slin. Like bpmartyr said, you should try increasing water consumption and see if that helps.
 
Right now I've stopped both Pslin and Anabolic Pump and the pain has definitely gone away. I had no problems with just Anabolic Pump, but I definitely started noticing it when I added Pslin. I also noticed I got a very acidic feeling in my stomach and some light headaches which may be a further sign of dehydration. I always took Pslin prior to a workout with 1.5 cups of oats and honey and then did the workout shake, Surge from Biotest during the workout. My theory, and it just is a theory is dehyrdation and somehow the excess protein during the workout was too much.

I'll see how it goes for a while and try Anabolic Pump again and drink plenty of water. I don't think I'll add Pslin again.

Listening to your body is most important. If you feel P-SLin is a detriment, its best to stay away. GL with your goals mate...
 
Up your carb and water intake.....You could be dehydrated or slightly hypo or both.....I love the 2 products and will forever use them in my contest prep and off season

You seem to really love these products, when and how much do you dose your AP???
 
AP before breakfast, lunch, and dinner.....

PSlin before workouts and first in the morning with AP.....
