Question of TTA and Arachidonic Acid

I currently have VPX Meltdown and a bottle of EST Thermaphoria.

Both products does not mention caffeine dose.

I have two questions.
1) Should I go with Meltdown as my first dose? Or the Thermaphoria?
2) Or should I mix them of 1 with 2, 3 caps in total. *However the caffeine breakdown is somewhat difficult.

I have done meltdown in the past and liked it a lot. I know nothing about the other product yet.
