Question - GH

I began training approximately 6 weeks ago.

34 yrs old
160 lbs
5'9"

Before I began, I spent 3 to 4 months researching the pros and cons of
test / GH therapy.

Question:
Does anyone here, who has used GH, have any input as to side effects seen
at rates of greater than 2 IU's per day.

Keep in mind my age, given GH supplementation is typically recommended for men
to began at mid 30's.

However...just how much is too much...and how much is not enough...seems to
be quite a fuzzy area.

Advice?

Goal: 185 lbs, single digit body fat.

As such...I'm not in any manner looking to be on the cover of Flex.

I mainly am concerned about the safety of 3 to 4 IU's of GH per day...given some
claim the side effects are too risky.

If you just begna traing 6 weeks ago you've got a good couple of years to go before you should even think about such supplementation. The only things that should be used by you at this point are the basics, like creatine, maybe some arginine if you like pumps, etc. Hitting GH or other hormone supplementation right now is most likely a recipe for dissappointment and possible injury, especially since you're no spring chicken. You ain't over the hill, but you can see the top. Caution is the word of the day, and educated choices preferred action.

I agree. You need to learn how your body works before jumping into something like hgh. You have to work your way up slowly... Oh yeah, a basic cycle of Test and D-bol should get you somewhere around 25lbs.

Honestly bro, train for a couple of years and do research in the meantime. It will all happen but master consistency and effort in the gym and on your plate and then look into mastering your gear.

Good quite Sour. People need to a good understanding of how to eat properly habits and maintain a solid training regimine before even thinking of alternative supplementation.
