Question for the guys that know about SERM

I'm running an h-drol cycle 50/50/50/75. which will be my first time ever doing a PH. Im looking for a reliable serm. I found a Liquid serm ( Liquid Tamox 50ml ) Is liquid reliable? also I know im not suppose to say anything about brands in some forums so I wont, But think Lion Serm. is this a reliable product for my cycle?? Thanks guys!!
