awsome Beginners stack you will really feel , it meausurements and bodyweight will inrease, This would be awsome for anyone that has trouble gaining weight, lift heavy, lift hard and pack in the cals like a mother(350-500 grams protein absolute minimum, atleast 4000-5000 cals). You need a foundation, to build an impressive phsique , find me someone thats 165 with 20 inch arms( grexx put this into perspetive for me in previous posts, It has brought my lifting to a new level, karma my friend) deadlifts, legpress(so underated for size) heavy dips, squats, rows, and close grip bench at the 8 rep range are all great choices, If you are still growing, you dont "need" mega-trn/zol, although they would not be ounter produtive, and would further increase strength

Mega-trn/mega-zol(refinement)

This is for you, if you are big and lean, you have greatly added size over the years and cannot get any more results without adding an appreiable amount of fat( the untrained eye thinks you are arnold), you do not wish to add bodyweight(to a large degree atleast) but instead wish to inrease striations, separation and density of already acumulated musle(musle quality). your calorie intake should be hovering around iso-caloric and should be entered around a large amount of protein and low glyemic carbs. core lifts should still be utilized, but isolation should also ome more into play( the cable mahine sho;d beome your new best freind, learn to contract the muscle as hard as possible throughout the entire rep, momentem should be ompletely eliminated, atually use your biceps when preforming a curl, these mental triks have brought me near omplete failure using weights a quater of what i am apable of, nut a burn mind you, i just couldn't move the weight), xmass and phera will inrease these effets if added on.

this is my take from my knowledge and experiene with these four compounds, I hope this helps
 
that helps alot, i'm just wondering now how i can stack pheramone-x and x-mass.....im going to be off cycling with nolva,tribulus, fenugreek.
 
permiting you have the funds this is what i reccomend

3 caps xmass+ 3 caps phera-x for 8 weeks straight followed by your choice of pct

real gains or cyto gainer -3 servings per day(these should be a requirement for anyone trying to get bigger)

any whey protein 5-10 scoops a day depending on how muh protein you eat a day

these two supps will get you 250-350 grams of protein,200-250 grams of arbs a day, a bunh of vitamins at 100 perent and close to 10 grams of creatine a day.

if you lift heavy and consistantley and add in a couple decent meals a day you will be very satisfied with your new found body,

Iam taking all four gl supps alond with the weight gainers and lets just say i am by far the strongest ive ever been and am up over 20 pounds(can still fit into my jeans, although my legs are busting out of the seams, my waist is holding realitively steady) in 3 and a half weeks ( I still have over 4 weeks to go) hope this hellps. by the way, i feel great no apparent side effets, barring a great feeling of increased confidene and overall well being-
 
6 weeks is just a lil long for my taste for all those compounds, I just have experience with a long Phera cycle, and I lost all that I worked hard for. Just listen to your body thats all I can tell you...

weeks 1-6 xmass and pheramone-x
weeks 3-6 megazol incorporated with the stack so i can cut
then pct with nolva, tribulus, anavol, fenugreek, retain.

im going to eat about 300-380 grams of protein
300-350 complex carbs
14-18 g of fat

im also taking mega men vitamins with it

im about 165 right now.

sound good?
 
any input gregg? i was wondering if it would be ok to start 4 weeks after my superdrol cycle also. which i didnt get much gains off of. will my recpetors be find after 4 weeks?

Please, for the love of god, do not cycle these kind of things if you weigh 165. I could be wrong here but you have so much more natural growing to do its not even funny. Leave this alone, get some creatine, get more fat in your diet, and come back in 20 lbs. You are asking the right questions from the looks at your other posts, but theyre all about ph's and pct products, none whatsoever about nutrition. If I'm totally wrong please let me know. I just don't want to have another kid go too soon into this stuff

Dude, I think I've said this to you before, come to think of it so did Greggx, if you did a cycle of SD and didn't see ANY gains off it then it is 100% your fault and something is out of line in terms of your training regime/diet..If you don't get those in check first nothing is going to help you out, and even if it does you are going to lose it IMMEDIATELY after because you didn't support your new weight..

8 weeks of phera -x ??? isnt that double the usual cycle length
