Lets see.. we've spoken before about how my fat intake is 60% of my daily cals Monday-Friday, so I suppose it would be easiest for me to post a sample weekday diet and you can let me know whats cool and whats not.
Breakfast: 6 eggs scrambled w/ 1/4 cup cheese and 2 tbsps. heavy whipping cream, 3.5 cups spinach.
Post Workout: 50g Whey Protein w/ 10 caps fish oil.
1 Hr. Later: chicken breast w/ 1 tbspn. butter and 1.5 tbspns. extra virgin olive oil.
Lunch: 50g whey protein, 1/4-1/2 cup heavy whipping cream.
Supper: ground turkey, 2 tbspns. natty peanut butter, 1 tbspn. extra virgin olive oil, 1 oz. cheese.
Dinner: steak, 3.5 cups spinach w/ 2 tbsps. extra virgin olive oil.
The only part of my diet I would not be willing to change is the 10g of fish oil a day, which I know is probably the biggest problem while taking X-factor. FWIW, I won't be taking any fish oil on my carb ups (Saturday and Sunday) and my fish oil consumption makes up only 4% of my daily fat intake. But regardless of whether or not the fish oil might hinder my gains I would still like to give X-factor a shot. Aside from that I would be willing to manipulate my fat intake if you see any other problems.
