I bought BPI A-HD, half way through taking it, I received the Xtreme DMZ I ordered after a buddy recommended it. I am done taking the A-HD now and was wondering how long or if at all I need to wait before taking the Xtreme DMZ. I understand A-HD is not a PH but wanted to make I didn't mess myself up, I have liver support and PCT for the Xtreme DMZ.
