Question about USP Labs Recreate Cycling

Im almost done with my second bottle at 4x a day.

I have 3 more bottles in my cabinet.

Should i take time off before i do another bottle? If so how much?

I know this suppresses cortisol, not sure how much but im worried about cortisol rebound and prolonged thyroid elevation.
 
We recommend that you cycle off of our Recreate after 12 weeks but we recommend that you use it for at least 60 days.
